Who is the trainer?

General Manager of CAM EXPERT ANGKOR REALTY CO., LTD, Mr. Khan Sovannaroth. He has over 9 years’ experiences in property valuation with Bonna Realty Group, Knight Frank (Cambodia) Pte and also one of the key founders and Deputy General Manager / Valuation Head of Key Real Estate Co., Ltd which was established in the beginning of 2010. His property valuation experiences include residential, commercial, industrial properties, concession land and on- going development projects within Cambodia and Lao PDR. Types of properties used to be under his supervision are as follow:

• Residential properties
• Commercial properties such as hotel, shopping center, entertainment center, petrol station and on-going projects.
• Industrial premises such as factory, power plant, special economic zone, rice miller workshop and animal breeding farm.
• Concession land with huge land area up to almost 10,000 hectares.
• Residential, commercial and agricultural properties in Vientiane and Pakse, Lao PDR.

Since 2005, he has been trained in property valuation by both local and international property consultants. Mr. Khan Sovannaroth has graduated with a BBA degree from a Cambodian University. Currently, he is perusing Master Degree of Human Resource Management in an International University of GANPAT.
