Human Resource Assistant [1 position passed in Head Office, Phnom Penh]
Job description:
- Maintain staff personal files and make sure all staff information are properly kept & up to date
- Support in recruitment process, prepare and post job announcement internally and externally (website, newspapers…), receive and answer to concern information related to the position.
- Monitor and alert the staff appraisal process and timeframes including probation and follow up results to all CDPs
- Support to ensure and deactivate staff with insurance (company and state) and the payment
- Provide administrative support for the probationary process
- Maintain and update all HR files relating to staff development, training and benefits.
- Manage claims for compensation resulting from accident and injury/sickness
- Communicate claims to the Insurance Company/Hospitalization
- Maintain records of all accidents and claims
- Prepare voucher with valid documentations and right coding related to per diem, accommodation, travel cost of candidates from province, and advertisement payment etc.
- Update the GNC HR Management information system (including: family information, employee background, health information, education, training and skill information, APA)
- Assist in the actual selection process when directed by the HRO
- Manage advertisements of vacant positions
- Ensure all staff have insurance cards
- Ensure all staff are registered with insurance including NSSF
- Other tasks assigned by HR Officer
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Management [or related field]
- 4th Year or fresh graduated students are also encouraged to apply
- Strong English skill both written and spoken
- Computer literate Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Honest and trustworthy, hard-working and willing to learn
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Actively in debate/discussion in group or individual
