On-Job Training/Fellowship Opportunity
AAQ Service is collecting and makes all the services accessible, affordable and quality to all Phnom Penh people. We would like to give an opportunity to the university students to learn about what we do as well as provide a chance to work with our team in real business environment for 3 months.
The work is done remotely and independently through phone and internet for 3 to 4 hour/day and requires occasional meetings with AAQ team. The candidate can work anytime and from anywhere they like with their computers.
Benefit and allowance

Monthly allowance 25$ per month plus phone allowance 5$, gasoline if the work require travel.
1) Management Trainee (one post)
- Learn then join with the team to promote the AAQ website through internet, social media and others media,
- Learn then partially manage Admin/Accounting staff, IT staff and Sale/Marketing staff,
- Learn then assist the General Manager to implement business strategies,
- Perform other duties which contribute the prosperity of AAQ service.
- Commitment and good in interpersonal skill, management skill and leadership skill,
- Good command of English,
- University student 3rd -4th in management, leadership and other related fields,
- Be able to work independently 3-4 hour/day from Monday to Friday from your house with your own computer.
- Learn and then join with marketing team to promote the AAQ website through internet, social media and others media,
- Learn then marketing AAQ Service to customers,
- Learn then contact with whole seller and sell the product/service for the whole seller,
- Perform other duties which contribute the prosperity of AAQ service.
- Good command of English,
- Good interpersonal skill,
- University student 3rd -4th in marketing, sale, communication and other related fields,
- Be able to work independently 3-4 hour/day from Monday to Friday from your house with your own computer.
- Learn then partially responsible for redesign, modify and update AAQ Service website,
- Learn then partially handle some of IT work of AAQ Service,
- Learn then partially promote the AAQ website through internet social media and other media,
- Learn then partially support and report to IT officer.
- Perform other duties which contribute the prosperity of AAQ service.
- Knowledge on website development and design,
- Good command of English,
- University student 3rd and 4th year in IT, web development, and other related fields,
- Be able to work independently 3-4 hour/day from Monday to Friday from your house with your own computer.
- Learn then handle some of admin and accounting work,
- Learn then make appointment and schedule the meeting,
- Learn then answer to customer inquiries,
- Learn then partially do the service procurement,
- Learn then put information together into understandable format,
- Learn then partially communicate with subcontractor/whole seller to collect information,
- Perform other duties which contribute the prosperity of AAQ service.
- Good command of English,
- Good interpersonal skill,
- University student 3rd and 4th year in accounting, finance and other related fields,
- Be able to work independently 3-4 hour/day from Monday to Friday from your house with your own computer.
- Translate document from English to Khmer and vice-versus,
- Write article about cleaning service, plumbing service, electrician service and other services in English,
- Summary articles and put into understandable form.
- Summary skill and good English,
- University student 3rd – 4th year in English and other related fields,
- Be able to work independently 3-4 hour/day from Monday to Friday from your house with your own computer.
The selection process are as follow:
- The candidate will be shortlisted against the requirement,
- Written test on the skill required for each field of work,
- Telephone interview through mobile, skype, line..etc
