Good Neighbors International (GNI) is an international humanitarian and development NGO. GNI has made great strides in its mission by providing people around the world with a better quality of life. Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. GNC is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Marketing Officer (1position based in Otaki, Battambang Province)

Responsibilities:

• Work with the project management team to develop the project annual plan based on the agreed master plan
• Work with management team to develop the quality annual marketing plan and strategy and ensure its influencing to the target customers
• Ensure the smoothly running of the sale activities and be able to reach the target number of selling
• Work with production team to ensure the meeting between production and sell
• Promotion and sale Solar Head Lantern & Solar Home System
• Carry out the regular monitoring activities on selling and fix marketing strategy if any negative finding from the monitoring
• Initiate good marketing strategy for market competition
• Develop new product based on the need of customers
• Ensure good team work among marketing team as well as all staff members
• Attend in workshop, meeting as required from the employer
• Ensure the smoothly running of the effective promotion strategies
• Weekly and Monthly report to Marketing team leader
• Others request by Supervisor ( Marketing Team Leader)

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in economics, marketing or any related field is the most qualified
• Some experiences in marketing, sales or community development
• Capacity to finish work promptly on time required
• Good interpersonal skill
• Can guarantee to work under pressure and can handle tasks beside duties in job description as requested from management team if available
• Knowledge of child safe organization is prefer
• Good knowledge of English
• Good computer skill (MS office, PPT, Spread sheet)
• Honest, flexible and able to work in a team.
