JOB OPPORTUNITY: Volunteer Admin Assistant

• Based in Phnom Pehn
• Start in April, 2014.Three months trial period for long term contract

Duties of candidate

• In charge of internal monthly sharing meetings, take minutes and write report
• Monitoring the office stock inventory, maintain asset register and organize purchasing
• Handling the documentation for the rent contract/agreement .
• In charge of all events
• Ensuring the smooth running of admin procedures
• Providing administrative support to Admin Manager related to HR tasks, including: recruitment, orientation, training, leave
• Supporting the staff in the insurance claim process
• Preparing the procurement documents and dealing with the suppliers

Requirements

• Full commitment to TS1001 ’s vision, mission, purposes, values, procedures and objectives.
• Demonstrate high level of ethical commitments and trustworthiness.
• Age 20-30 years old.
• BBA degree or equivalent degree is required
• Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel,
• Good communication skills, including Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, and long-hours.
• Strong interest in working for an NGO
• Ability to do multiple tasks on time
• Be available to travel in Rural Areas
