JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Nummanna Auxiliary for Community Enrichment (NaCE) is restructuring their operations to include new programs and to enhance the existing ones. NaCE is a Christian organization for holistic community development. We are now considering filling several positions, full-time (some part-time), with people who want to advance in life with an ongoing career in mind.

Of these positions are opportunities for self-motivated persons aspiring to setup a business from scratch to delivering a high quality child care program in Phnom Penh.  The proposed Child Care Centre is a social business enterprise initiative of NaCE with the aim of handing over the business to the ownership of staff and community. Professional experience related to child care is not necessary; however an enthusiasm to be mentored and to learn from local and expat professionals is expected.

Operations Manager
preferably be 35 to 45 years, holding a Bachelor degree or higher with wide range of work experiences including 3 years in leadership/managerial role, and competent in administration, staff management, implementing policies, basic finances, report writing, liaising with authorities/overseas consultants and good communication skills in both Khmer and English.
