- University graduate in business management or relevant studies.
- Minimum 3 years experience in shipping lines/agency or NVOCC business.
- Must be a team player, able to lead the incumbent team.
- Must be a sales oriented person.
- Fluent written & spoken English is essential.
- A self-starter and able to work without supervision.
- Successful candidate will have the prospects for promotion to General Manager.
