Initially established in 1996 as a project of International HIV/AIDS Alliance, KHANA operated as an NGO from 1997 and was officially registered as a local NGO in 2000. Since then it has operated as a linking organization of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and is so far a leading non-governmental organization in Cambodia that has made outstanding contributions to the HIV response. KHANA’s work has been made possible through support from USAID, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, European Commission, World Food Programme and AusAID.
We are now seeking a qualified Cambodian national for the following vacancies:
Finance Assistant: IP Finance (Volunteer- 1 Position)
Purpose of position:
The incumbent is overall responsible for assisting the Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Manager and Database Management Officer in keeping records, documentation, filing and technical issues on Database Management System..
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Manager with administration, filing and preparing documents.
- Assist Database Management Officer (DMO) in management of database, data entry and following up.
- Assist DMO in Data filing and operating an active ticker file system.
Selection Criteria:
- Fresh Graduate Bachelor in Business Administration, Management Information System, majoring in General Management, Business Management and or related fields
- Experience is not required
- Knowledge in using advanced Excel is a plus
