Who is the trainer?
The training course will be conducted by Mr. VETH Sokhim. Presently, he is the Founder of Friends Help Friends Foundation and also a HR/Administration Manager of Bridges Across Borders Cambodia. Partly, he is a HR/Administration Manager for AI Solution Co., Ltd, working as a part-time job and an Operational Manager for Successful Chicken Farm. From 2006-2009, he was a Human Resources /Administration Manager of Youth Club Friends Help Friends for Development. He has an extensive experience of Administration, Human Resources Management, and Cambodian Labor Law. Additionally, he has more than five-year experiences in the position of administrative assistant and HR administrator. Mr. Sokhim has experienced with developing five Human Resources policies for three different local and international organizations and two companies which compliance with Cambodian Labor Law. He has been dealing many cases related to Labor Law complaints by workers and employees. Mr. Sokhim also was well trained about Cambodian Labor Law by both university and other several institutions which specialized in Cambodian Labor Law.
