The Center for Social Development (“CSD”), non-profit, non-governmental organization, is looking for a Khmer national to work as a project assistant to Governance Unit. The project assistant is responsible to the head of Governance Unit.
NEED:
- University or Post-university degree in social science (law, education and related field).
- At least 3 years experience working on Anti-corruption and advocacy with NGOs or governmental bodies
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skill and the ability to work on own initiative with periods of limited supervision
- Proven capacity to work in diversified, international team, multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated listening and other communications skills in a multi-stakeholder context
- Commitment in fighting corruption and promoting good government and transparency
- Excellent spoken and written both Khmer and English
- Experience and a creative understanding of how managing a project can bring about positive and measurable change
JD:
- Conduct Anti-Corruption Education, Campaign and Public Forum
- Cooperation with local and international NGOs, Parliament and Governmental Institutions to advocate and to push the Government to fight against corruption
- Conduct Anti-Corruption Forum to raise the public awareness about corruption and to encourage them to participate in corruption fighting.
- Monitor and evaluate the achievement of project activities
- Reports (quarterly/half-year/yearly narrative report) to donors
- Responsible before the Head of Governance Unit on the project implementation.
