CARE Cambodia is looking for dynamic and qualified Cambodian nationals to fill the following positions for the Literacy, Life Skills & Livelihoods Empowering Adolescents for Development Project (LEAD), to be based in Koh Kong Province. The Project seeks to continue CARE's Endeavour to enable adolescents to participate in Cambodia's development process. Key to realising this goal is the education initiatives aimed at empowering adolescents t facilitate improved social & economic opportunities.

NEED: (4 Positions)
All Positions
- Bachelor degree in Education or Social Science, or extensive field-based experience.
- At least 2 years community - based experience in the education field, especially for a medium to large organization.
- Experience engaging community stakeholders in project activities.
- Ability to organize and lead meetings.
- Training & facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate, advise and work in a team environment.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (preferred).
Specialty - Training (1 Position)
- Evidence of good mentoring, training and supervision skills.
- At least two years experience planning and conducting training sessions, particularly using participative methodologies.
Specialty - Research (1 Position)
- At least two years experience undertaking research activities.
- Strong research skills, particularly using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Excellent computer skills, especially working with database, spreadsheet and presentation software.
Specialty - Community Relations (1 Position)
- Ability to build and foster networks of relationships.
- Experience in conducting livelihood and youth empowerment activities.
- Experience in planning and conducting training sessions, particularly using participatory approaches.
JD:
- Assist with planning, implementation and monitoring of the project.
- Provide technical support to key duty bearers.
- Liaise with beneficiaries and other key stakeholders for effective coordination and mutual understanding of the project.
- One position will have general responsibilities and the other three positions will specialize in one of the following areas: Training; Field Research; Community Relations.
