Management and leadership skills are crucial for every person in managerial position. The lack of management and leadership skills may cause ineffective planning, misunderstanding among the team, work overload and difficulties in work implementation as well as employee performance management. This interactive training course will help managers to improve their work effectiveness and efficiency by enhancing their planning skill, people skill, communication skill and problem solving and decision making skills.

TRAINER PROFILE
Mr. Sophornmony Ung is a holder of MED in management and leadership from Charles Darwin University in Australia and MBA in Management from Norton University in Cambodia. Mr. Mony has had more than ten-year experience in giving lectures and training on various courses associated with management and leadership. His management career development is quite interesting as he has advanced through different senior positions in a short period of time. For the last four three years, he has moved up from vice-principal of a school to executive manager of an institution, a human resources manager, chief secretariat and executive director of a group of companies. Currently, Mr. Mony is the managing director of a company group including hotels, international schools and design companies. His management and leadership experience includes: Sub-editor, the Popular Magazine, Vice Principal, the Westline School, Human Resources Manager (Westline Educaiton Group, WEG), Chief Secretariat of WEG, Executive Director (Educational Development Institute, EDI), Managing Director (RMISPP and HIA) and Business Development Advisor of WEG.
