In order to respond to rapidly emerging ideas and concepts in service
innovation, the Master of Science Program in Service Innovation (MSI)
works to produce graduates who are comfortable with creative problem
solving as well as with practical and tangible out-of-the-box thinking.
Sustainability and responsibility are crosscutting themes throughout the
program, ensuring that graduates are well aware of the important role
that the service industries play in sustainable development.
The MSI's international perspective is ideally suited to ensuring that graduates are competitive within the global marketplace. Program participants are drawn from the private, public and non-profit sectors thereby providing a rich environment within which service delivery can be better understood from an integrative perspective. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the Master of Science Program in Service Innovation (MSI), an applicant must:
1. Hold a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in any field.
2. Pass an English Proficiency Test from one of the following.

Program Expenses
Cost for the 2-year MSI program is approximately 320,000 Baht per person (USD 11,000) for Thais and approximately 510,000 Baht per person (USD 17,000) for non-Thai students. This does not include study tour expenses abroad expenses.

The CITU Innovation Scholarships
As part of its efforts to internationalize the College has developed a scholarship program which will cover tuition fees and other related fees during the two-year study period.
Air fare, housing, allowance and expenses related to the thesis data gathering process are not included in the scholarship. They are under the responsibility of the student.
