Executive Certificate in School Management And Leadership program is aimed at empowering school leaders to lead and manage schools effectively in a time of great change, challenge and opportunity. It is targeted at serving School Management Team members who aspire to principalship. The program seeks to provide structured learning opportunities that promote quality education in schools through the development of a corps of education leaders who apply critical understanding, values, knowledge and skills to school leadership and management within the vision of transformation. It seeks to empower/enable these educators to develop the skills, knowledge, and values needed to lead and manage schools effectively and to contribute to improving the delivery of education across the school system.

TRAINERS’ PROFILE
Mr. Pech Bolene has impressive experience in Business planning, business development, and human resource management. He started his management career at a very young age as a branch manager. From 1997 to 2008, Mr. Bolene managed more than 1,000 employees for one of the biggest educational institutes at that time. Now, Mr. Bolene is a very successful entrepreneur, investor, and Chief Executive Officer. He was awarded as an outstanding ASEAN-CHINA young entrepreneur 2011. Mr. Bolene currently is the chairman and CEO of Westline Education Group Co., Ltd., President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Cambodia, Phnom Penh, Vice-President of Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC), Board Member of Cambodia Investor Club (CIC) and Member of Business Network International (BNI). Mr. Bolene has worked in the fields of management, organizational development, and human resource management for more than 15 years. His areas of expertise are in strategic management, supervisory skills, motivation, organizational development, leading with emotional intelligence and leadership
Mr. Seiha is an economist, specialized in finance, modeling, research and project management. He has his bachelor degree in Economics and Management, and his master of Econometrics and Economics specializing in Informative Engineering to the Decision and to the economic Assessment, from University of LUMIERE LYON II, France. Mr. Seiha has in-depth experience in finance especially cash flow management and financing, economics analysis, research, and project management. Currently he sits as a board member and works as Chief Financial Officer of Westline Education Group. In this position, he produces, implements, and monitors the 10-Years Business Financial Plan and Annual Financial Plan of the Westline Education Group. He was a research manager and deputy of executive committee of Economic Institute of Cambodia, where he served as a well-known Cambodian economist and the main author of bi-annual publication “Cambodia Economic Watch”. In this position, he monitored economic modeling and forecasting, and managed research project planning, staff, and budgeting. Since 2006, Mr. Seiha has done research and produced publications of many projects.
Mr. Sophornmony Ung has had more than ten-year experience in giving lectures and training on various courses associated with management and leadership. His management career development is quite interesting as he has advanced through different senior positions in a short period of time. Currently, Mr. Mony is the managing director of a company group including hotels, international schools and design companies. His management and leadership experience includes: Sub-editor, the Popular Magazine, Vice Principal, the Westline School, Human Resources Manager (Westline Educaiton Group, WEG), Chief Secretariat of WEG, Executive Director (Educational Development Institute, EDI), Managing Director (RMISPP and HIA) and Business Development Advisor of WEG.
Mr. Buoy Borin has had 15-year experience in education field and including teaching, training, management and leadership for both government and private sectors. For the last 10 years, he has fulfilled his career life in education management starting from the controlling of the operation of one school, as a school director, to the controlling the operation of 16 schools, as a head of regional operation. Borin is considered as the youngest leader who can inspire a lot of people from various ages and positions. His colleagues both young and elder named as a charming leader that could lead team in any circumstances with his soft-skills and smiles. Or another word “Soft but Firm” Currently, Mr. Borin is a school principal of the Westline School, Daun Penh branch. Mr. Buoy Borin has earned a Master’s Degree of Human Resource Management and Bachelor Degree from Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
Mr. Te Lay has a Master of Education specializing in Administration and Management. Currently He works as Administration and HR Director of Westline Education Group. He has a wealth of experience in HR Management, educational management program, development and training management. Mr. Te Lay has developed series of policies and procedures associated with Admin and HR Management, some of those are: employee recruitment and selection policies and procedures, Training and Development Manual, Performance Management policy and manual as well as company handbook.
Mr. Kong Samneang is an MBA holder specializing in management. In addition, he has earned some major degrees associated with education and professional development. Currently he is the academic director of Westline Education Group, which runs the Westline School, the Northline School and Educational Development Institute. Prior to his present post, Mr. Samneang was the school principal of the Westline School and other schools for years. For more than 15 years of his management experience, Mr. Samneang has gained his expertise in the area of school management and operations, teaching and learning management, curriculum development, education development as well as staff professional development.
Mr. SOEUNG Sopha is a holder of Master of Arts in Educational Development from Hiroshima University in Japan, and Master of TESOL from Institute of Foreign Language of Royal University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia. Also, He has obtained certificates of pedagogy of primary, lower and upper secondary teachers. Mr. SOEUNG Sopha has had more than 10-year experience in teaching, training and curriculum development. Currently, Mr. Sopha is working in Westline Education Group Co., Ltd. as an Academic Manager of Adult English Program. His main responsibilities are developing the curriculum and maintaining the quality of teaching and learning of Adult English Program.
