Knowing what to do when you are on your own to scout for talent. Learn to be decisive about what a candidate is worth so that you don’t pay more than necessary or offer too little and not attract good applicants. Choosing Mr. Right or Ms. Right with profiling tools to assist in selection. Recognising the most expensive hire in any organizations are the employees you need to fire!

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Participants should be able to apply effective channel for attracting talents, utilizing profiling tools to identify behavior patterns, applying the right hiring techniques and brand your organization through HR. To apply ‘thinking out of the box’ leadership concepts to motivate talent and retaining them.

William Yap has over 25 years of enriching work experiences that span across the areas of Information Technology, Insurance, Trading, Business Operations, Food & Beverages, Merchandising, Multi-level Marketing, ISO Certification, Purchasing, Human Resource Development and Training. Williams holds a Master Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, The University of New Castle, Australia. He has also attended training seminars and workshops such as Anthony Robbins – Unleash the Power Within, Dale Carnegie – Effective Communication and Human Relationship Skills, GRIPS – DEEP Change Transformational Workshops. He, too, has travelled numerous times to Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong representing Soka Gakkai Malaysia on exchange programmes and attending youth training seminar on Peace, Culture and Education. He is an Associate Consultant with GRIP Training & Workshops Sdn Bhd and on his own provides consultancy work for SME and SMI. He is a certified trainer with an accreditation and His creativity and with his passion for learning and sharing to help people to succeed in life are the reasons that compelled him to become a Trainer and Facilitator. He believes that each human being is different and individually unique and therefore training must be able to DRAW OUT rather than to TEACH a person to act their very best.
