IT Officer -- GNC

Job Announcement

Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country office of Good Neighbors International working in 37 countries in the world. Good Neighbors Cambodia is implementing long term integrated projects focusing on sponsorship, education, health, water & sanitation, income generation & partnership building in some provinces of Cambodia; and we are expanding more projects to other provinces to meet our rapid growth. We are seeking more qualified candidates to join our dynamic team for the following position:

IT Officer (1 position based in head office, Phnom Penh)

Responsibilities:
- Home page management

• Update new contents on Good Neighbors Cambodia homepage regularly
• Renovate homepage design and contents
• Create new content based on the source given by GNC staff and managements

- General Maintenance

• Provide general IT assistance to all GNC office as needed
• Provide maintenance of computers and printers when needed
• Maintain router and other IT equipment and make sure they are working well

- Technical support on Google Management

• Train and make sure that all staff understand well about functions of Gmail
• Ensure that all staff members understand well about how to use Google drive
• Monitor and general maintenance on communication through Google

- Other tasks assigned by Admin Department Manager

Requirement

1. Knowledge and experiences of CSS, HTML/XHTML, Java script, PHP, ASP and etc.
2. Experience and knowledge in making homepage based on PHP and XHTML.
3. Knowledge in using design programs - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
4. Overall skills in computing and software
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Express, Ms. Access
6. Knowledge of basic server management
7. Knowledge of computer software, hardware and other devices
8. Good level of English
9. University graduates or undergraduate (senior or junior) who major in web development or IT department
