Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap.
PSE is seeking for competitive and capable candidates to fill various positions of Full-Time, Half-Time, Part-Time Jobs based in Phnom Penh.

Position: Housekeeping & Laundry Coordinato
Responsibilities

Position: Housekeeping & Laundry Coordinato
Responsibilities
- Teach lesson to students as assigned and do the assessment.
- Follow up training plan and calendar plan.
- Supervise short course of House Keeping and Laundry.
- Be responsible for overall hygiene, discipline, and quality within the HK&L area.
- Control student logistics: diary using product, study material, stationary, uniform, locker …
- Check the teaching pedagogy applied by the instructors.
- Control and manage student’s document in files.
- Control practice teaching material in training class.
- Communication within and outside the Institute.
- Experience in the hotel and tourism field, curricula development, and pedagogy awareness.
- 2 year experience in team management.
- Experience in designing training.
- Computer literate.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to develop curricula and to quality assess.
- Good time management skill.
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff.
