Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap.
PSE is seeking for competitive and capable candidates to fill various positions of Full-Time, Half-Time, Part-Time Jobs based in Phnom Penh.
Moreover, PSE also offers to University Students, Fresh Graduates, and other Job Seekers, who are eager to gain more experience and skill and contribute to Cambodian society, the opportunities for working as Full-Time and Half-Time Volunteer.

Position: Employment Officer
Responsibilities
- Secure high quality and sustainable employment of FLIP Trainees: produce quality résumé, identify sources of job vacancies, prepare for job interview, create independence for trainees in seeking jobs, and re-placement the trainees in the job …
- Assist trainees to understand their career through workshop session about career development: counseling, career orientation, and organizing Board Advisory.
- Data management and follow up trainees: record trainee data and all related document.
- Organize visit of related skill trained for trainees.
- Communication and administration: update current job market through media, networking, training school, or job center.
- Bachelor degree in field of management, social, and other related fields.
- Two year experience on the field.
- Be able to use English and French is a plus.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to plan and execute.
- Ability to solve the conflicts.
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff.
