Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap.
PSE is seeking for competitive and capable candidates to fill various positions of Full-Time, Half-Time, Part-Time Jobs based in Phnom Penh.
Moreover, PSE also offers to University Students, Fresh Graduates, and other Job Seekers, who are eager to gain more experience and skill and contribute to Cambodian society, the opportunities for working as Full-Time and Half-Time Volunteer.
Position: Community Service Supervisor
Responsibilities

Position: Community Service Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Staff management and development: set goal and objective and train teachers and caretakers.
- Monitor kindergarten program and after-school activities.
- Be a liaison between PSE and Community Family.
- Provide food to students and families when need: control food quality and quantity.
- Prepare and control budget.
- Build and keep relation with local authority, school director, and community family.
- Be partner with other NGOs to exchange experience and develop the activity accordingly.
- University degree in management, rural development or other related fields.
- Minimum one year working experience.
- Computer literate.
- Good level of English. French is a plus.
- Good communication skill.
- Good problem solving skill.
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff.
