H&M is a fast growing international fashion company, having more than 4,000 retail stores for Garments, Shoes, Accessories & Home Products, in 40 countries in Europe, USA, Middle East & Far East.

H&M through its Representative Office, Puls Trading Far East Limited, would like to invite resumes from candidates for the position of  PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROLLER for the production office in Phnom penh office, Cambodia. The Job Requirements and Description are as follows. 

Job Requirements

• Education: University Graduation in Textiles.
• Experience with Jersey & Heavy knit Product of more than 5 years in garments/textiles industry at the same position.
• Strong experience of working in factory
• Workable knowledge of garment pattern.
• Good knowledge about production/factory background.
• Good communication Skills with verbal & written both in English and Chinese.
• Good integrity proactive, creative, highly responsible.
• Willing to travel

Job Descriptions

1. Being involved at sample stage.
2. Conduct Sample/QC-file Hand over meeting
3. Attending Pre Production meetings on certain orders with Supplier/Factory
4. Performing Inspections using H&M tools and methods
5. Making sure all requirements are being followed in production
6. Making sure the order is produced according to the approved Counter Sample
7. Performing a follow up on Guidelines Production Quality.
