Transparency International is the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) is an official National Chapter of Transparency International. The mission of TI Cambodia is to work together with individuals and institutions at all levels to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia. TI Cambodia is currently looking for exceptional candidates to fulfil the positions as detailed below:  

Senior Programme Officer

Remuneration:             Basic monthly salary ranges from USD 1,065 to USD 1,294 plus benefits

Type of Contract:         Full time employment under one year fixed term contract (renewable)

Duty Station:                Phnom Penh Office with frequent travels to provinces

Starting Date:              01 July 2016

Report to:                     Programme Manager

Position Summary:
To lead and support the programme’s team to plan, implement and deliver all expected results/impacts, outcomes and outputs of the programme as stipulated in the Result Framework.

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, Political Science, Law, Human Rights, International Relation, Social Science or other related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects/programmes with reputable entities, CSOs or development partners in Cambodia or the region;
• Experience in Project Monitoring and Evaluation is an asset;
• Experience working with high level government officials at the national and sub-national levels;
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of good governance and the political complexity in Cambodia and ability to work well with relevant stakeholders including the government, CSOs, DPs and donors;
• Experience in developing interactive training materials and delivering training programmes is an asset;
• Strong analytical skills of public and social issues and policy/regulatory development;
• Willingness and be determined to promote integrity and fight against corruption in Cambodia;
• Fluency in English and Khmer is considered as an advantage;
• Be committed to TI Cambodia’s core values and policies; and
• Possess an excellent inter-personal skill, be a result-oriented and creative person who requires minimal supervision
