He has gained over 25 years’ experience in various senior positions across a variety of business sectors including international development consultancies in Canada, USA, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, Asia Pacific and Cambodia. Having frequented Cambodia since 1995, Hay uses his expertise and broad knowledge of capacity building and human resources to coach participants into having a clear understanding of Cambodia’s business environment and the world’s best management practices.
