• Resulted Based Management (RBM)

1- Project Start-up:

• Concept
• Project Governance Structure
• Project Sponsor, Project Owner, Project Managers, Working group, Stakeholders
• RACI Chart (Responsible, Accountable, Communicative, Informative)
• Project Charter
• Gating process    

2- Project Planning

• Project Schedule
• Collect requirement and define scope
• Develop Project management Plan (Gantt format popular for display of timeline and tasks), Introduction to MS Project
• Statement of Work (SOW)
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Estimate Cost $, Budget,
• Quality management,
• Human resource management,
• Communication Plan,  
• Risk management Plan,  
• Procurement Management
• Stakeholder management

Workshop: Project initiation & Planning
Split into several working groups, participants will choose an existing project or a new one to start with.

Day-2: Project Execution & Monitoring & Controlling
3- Project Execution

• Direct and manage project execution

4- Project Monitoring & Controlling

Trainer

Lyaun Hay is a Cambodian-born, Canadian citizen and trilingual business professional who holds two Bachelor degrees from France as well as an MBA from Canada. He has gained over 25 years’ experience in various senior positions across a variety of business sectors including international development consultancies in Canada, USA, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, Asia Pacific and Cambodia. Having frequented Cambodia since 1995, Hay uses his expertise and broad knowledge of capacity building and human resources to coach participants into having a clear understanding of Cambodia’s business environment and the world’s best management practices.
