Trust Global Service has been working with customers from different industry sectors including Banking/MFI, Telco, Hospitality, Garment, MNC, NGOs, Government, and construction.  Trust Global Service is seeking qualified applicants for Product Manager (Printer)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Finds new customers for new account and follow up.
• Products Development Management.
• Re-Seller Management.
• Enlarge the new market, increase market share and penetrate new customer with a new model.
• Keep up-to-date with customers about marketing activities.
• Relationship building.
• researching the market and related products;
• Presents the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
• Participates in industry events and conferences.
• Delivers a high class service to customers.
• Builds up and maintaining a good relationship with customers and key customers.
• Up-to-date of competitors information in the assigned industry.
• Acts as the company administrator for the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Develops a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.

Skill, Ability and Experiences:

1. Bachelor Degree equivalents or upper degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
2. Experience at least four (4) years in Sales or equivalents field.
3. Printer product knowledge is preferable.
4. Good in English language, and Chinese language is preferable.
5. Maintaining a professional attitude towards customers.
6. Able to initiate or demonstrate strong personals sales to functions independently and as a part of team.
7. Proactive and self-controlled work ethic; team-work.
8. Able to prepare and deliver efficient customized sales proposals and presentations to professional at senior and mid-management levels.
9. Good organizational and excellent time management skills.
10. Exceptional skills of customer service.
11. Superior written and verbal communicational skills.
