Trainer:	Mr. Lay Chhun is the Founder and President of Humanity   Organization for Development (HOD), a local NGO dedicated to developing the rural communities. He has an extensive experience in leading people and possesses a high degree of social, emotional and ecological competency. Mr. Lay Chhun was the Assistant Director at the School for Future Leaders. Presently, he is an HR Manager for iDE in Cambodia, a Board Member of HEDC International and a certified Human Development Trainer.
