For organizations policies and procedures are an essential tool in the ability to guide and manage in a consistent, fair, equitable and defendable manner. Everyone then knows what is expected, how to get assistance or support and the consequences of non-compliance. This training program covers how to develop and implement HR policies along with how to create a policy manual/handbook.

Mr. SI Len has a Master’s Degree of Business Administration in General Management from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (“PUC”), and a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from National University of Management. Currently Mr. Si Len is a Chief Executive Officer of Maxima Mikroheranhvatho Plc (“MAXIMA”). Besides, Mr. Si Len has worked as a Skills Development Specialist of Polytechnics International New Zealand Ltd (“PINZ”) of the Asian Development Bank. He specializes in skills development strategic human resources management. SI Len has designed the training courses and delivered the trainings such as Human Resources Management, Essential Management ,Effective Supervisory Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Training Techniques for Trainers, Effective Customer Service, Small & Medium Business Association Management, Small Business Management, and Employability Skills.

The course is designed for HR managers/officers, compensation and benefits executives/officers, all level of managers and who work related to managing human resources with employee compensation and benefits in order to manage their employee compensation and benefit more effectively within companies, NGOs and MFIs.
