We know that successful personnel placed on the jobs need training to perform their duties effectively. Manpower must be trained to operate machines, reduce scrap, avoid accident, and increase performance. However, training is not a single option to improve professional performance. Coaching is another potential solution. Coaching is about Getting Result by helping staff, subordinates, and other personnel to utilize their potential competency for peak performance. Coaching will assist them in defining what they want, removing obstacles, setting goals taking into account values and purpose, striving for balance and fulfillment. This training course will give you the crucial skills to shift from being a personal learner to become critical and strategic coach in delivering coaching course for individual and team success. This interactive course helps existing and new trainers, managers, or those with some experience, who wish to further develop skills, apply coaching session fruitfully and effectively.

Mr. THO SROY, Vice President and Director of Staff Development Department. Mr. SROY holds a Master Degree of Business Management in the field of Management with a distinction thesis. Sroy also holds a Bachelor Degree in the field of Project and Program Development Management. He presently works with a leading Microfinance Institution as Vice President and Director of Staff Development Department. Currently, Sroy is providing training courses to MFI trainers, Middle and Frontline Managers and staffs, and managing learning/training and staff development programs for the institution. He has over 14-year professional experiences of which, his 9-year experience is in top leading Microfinance Institutions as VP & Director of Staff Development Department, HR Deputy Director, Head of Training and Development Unit, Senior Trainer, Helpdesk Officer, Treasurer, Accountant, Cashier, and Teller. 5-year experience was in Community Education Activities, Educational Survey for public education curriculum development, Practical Project Implementation, Proposal Writing and Fundraising, Project Monitoring and Evaluation for NGOs, and as a Free-lance trainer for other institutes and universities. He has been training and lecturing at Cambodian institutes and universities. In addition, he attended in many local and international workshops, training programs and conferences at abroad and in Cambodia that conducted by USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Indonesia, and Cambodian professionals...etc.
Training Methodology
The training methodology will be focused on Experience Based and Participatory Approaches include: lecture, student-centered including brainstorming, role play, small group discussion with plenary presentation, plenary discussion, group work, team involvement in decision making, participants’ problems raised during the workshop for discussion, communication game and any other contributions will be held in high respect.
