The importance of Corporate Governance and Control apply relevant knowledge, skills and exercise professional judgment in carrying out the role of Board Director, Non-executive Director, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Finance Officer relating to governance, internal control, and risk & fraud management.

After you finish this course you are able to define the governance and explain its function in the effective management and control of organizations and of the resources for which they are accountable.

• Management control system in corporate governance
• Internal control, audit and compliance in corporate governance
• Internal control and reporting

Trainer
The trainer holds ACCA from United Kingdom, and CPA from Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors in Cambodia.  He is currently the partner of international audit firm and lecturer of accounting and finance at National University of Management. He has more than 10 years experience and broad knowledge of accounting, auditing and business consulting both oversea and Cambodia regarding the banking and MFi industry, listed companies, hotel industry, investment property, telecom industry and garment factory.

Training Methodology
The training methodology will be focused on Experience Based and Participatory Approaches include: lecture, student-centered including brainstorming, role play, small group discussion with plenary presentation, plenary discussion, group work, team involvement in decision making, participants’ problems raised during the workshop for discussion, communication game and any other contributions will be held in high respect.
