We continually make decisions and solve problems. Sometimes, we will have made as many as 50 decisions by the time we leave for work. Despite all the natural decision making that goes on and the problem solving we do, some people are very uncomfortable with having to make decisions. In fact you may even know someone who has a hard time making decisions around even their routine activities for example, even something as simple as what to eat, only exasperated by the anxiety experienced when making major decisions at work.This course helps you excel your problem solving and decision making skills; and bring success to the organisation.

TRAINER PROFILE
Mr. Phann Sopheara has earned his executive leadership from Cornell University in addition to his Master of Business Administration from Western University. Mr. Sopheara has more than 10-year experience in training and development as well as people management. For many years, he has worked in management positions that allow him to work on various functions including recruitment and selection, training and developing staff, performance management, coaching and counseling at both national and international corporations including Sofitel, Raffles, and NagaWorld. Currently, Mr. Sopheara is the manager/HR business partner of NagaWorld, where there are more than 5,000 employees. In addition to ensuring that HR practices in the various departments are in compliance with Corporate HR guidelines and Cambodian Labor Law, in this position, he has encountered and solved different kinds of problems as well as making many good decisions.

This course is designed for directors, managers, assistant managers and all staff working within a challenging environment that have to solve various problems and make good decisions.
