IDP Education (Cambodia) Ltd., as part of its global network of more than 70 offices in 24 countries, runs the leading ELT centre, Australian Centre for Education (ACE) which now operates on three campuses, and jointly owns and manages the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), IDP is seeking a qualified applicant for the positions of Client Service Officers based in Phnom Penh.
Key Requirements:
- A university degree is preferred
- Good command of English
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and team work
- Good organizational skills
- Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning/professional development
- Good time management skills
