Business Facilitation Assistant Volunteer
Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. Currently PSE is providing help to more than 6,500 children, supporting around 3,000 children in public schools, 1,500 in the remedial education program, and 1,500 in the vocational training program. Around 500 children benefit from specific educational programs: classes for children with disability, day-care centers, infant welfare, etc. PSE employs more than 600 dedicated staff. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill positions of Business Facilitation Assistant Volunteer (01 post)
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Business Facilitator to prepare training course of business creation and business incubator for PSE student
- Assist to organize meetings, workshops or events for PSE student to promote the junior entrepreneurs
- Translate document from Khmer to French or from English to French for partners
- Keep track loan process from beginning until getting the loan
- Keep the store regularly the loan forms and documents in soft and hard copies
- Manage inventory and handle administration works in the whole office
- Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, Social Science or other related filed
- Good command of English and French both written and spoken communications
- Respect and support PSE’s values and mission
- Experience in social business is preferable.
- Good analytical, critical thinking and research skill
- Dynamic, flexible and result oriented
- Strong motivation and willingness to work with and for poor community
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, and Internet & E-mail)
- Respect and support PSE’s values and mission
