As part of its development, WEG (The Westline School and The Northline School) is looking for qualified, committed and experienced candidates to fill the following positions: 

Deputy Academic Manager (English Kindergarten and Young Learner Programs)    (01 position)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree of Education in English/TESOL, Master of Education is preferred
• Minimum of three-year experience in educational management
• Minimum of five-year experience in teaching
• Good knowledge of Cambodian education especially private sector
• Excellent spoken and written English proven by at least TOEFL of 550 or IELTS of 6.5
• Good knowledge of child development and teaching methods
• Good command computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet and Email);
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of budget planning is a plus
• Knowledge of project management and leading
• Strong communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-managed, self- motivated and highly responsible
• Strong Leadership and management skills
• Result-oriented personality and team working spirit;
