This seminar will give you fundamental concepts of, and comprehensive practice on, report writing. There are two consultants/trainers, who earned a Master’s Degree of Business Management and of Education in TESOL, to facilitate the workshop. Our consultants from International Organizations have experience designing many projects, writing many project proposals of millions of dollars successfully, managing many projects, writing media and newsletter articles, and writing many project reports in standard English as well. So, all participants please bring your logframe or work plans and other project-related documents which can be used as a basis for practicing writing your actual report against the real outputs and outcomes, so will at the end of the workshop have done a good sample report on your actual work already! More special than this, our consultants will give a post-training individual support service to ensure that, even after the training, you get support from our consultants to write your actual report successfully. Training Objectives
At the end of this informative and practical training course, the participants will be able to:
- produce a good practice report on their own logframe or work;
- understand different types of reports and their usages;
- understand how to write effective reports;
- identify a clear purpose for their writing to the right audiences;
- understand structure and characteristics of a professional narrative report to funding donors;
- understand structure and characteristics of good success story and case studies; and
- understand how to prepare and write different kinds of effective reports based on different context.

Training Methodology
Real practice on writing reports against the outputs and outcomes from your logframe, pre- and post-training evaluation, presentation, group/panel discussion, role play, activities, case studies, question and answers.
